From mould to finished piston, each step is checked so the part fits right and lasts. Quality is the cornerstone of everything we make.

Design sample & mould

Every piston starts from a design sample, used to produce the mould for casting.

Casting the piston

Molten aluminium alloy is poured into a sand mould to form the rough shape. After cooling, excess material is trimmed.

Refining & finishing

Machined to precise dimensions - crown, ring grooves and pin hole - then cleaned, inspected, tested and surface-treated before packing.
